The whole thing took about 2 hours. It started with a case study, followed by a Q&A. The case itself was long and quite challenging. The questions were pretty much the same as at other consulting companies, but they specifically focused on commercial aspects within the energy sector.

Behavioral Technical Presentation
So the Shell grad interview is a few steps. You send in your application and CV first. Then if they like it, you do some online tests, like scenario stuff and personality, and also a video interview where you answer questions they record. You don't get much time to prep for that video part. If that goes well, you get to do a final online interview with two people from Shell. You'll do a case study and present it, then they'll ask you interview questions. After that, they usually tell you pretty fast what they decided, like the next day. If you get through, they'll invite you to chat with other Shell folks and go to some networking events.

Technical Case Presentation Behavioral
The process started with a HireVue, then went straight to a Final Assessment. I received a pretty extensive case study two days before the interview, which I had to work on and answer questions for about an hour and a half. After a short break, the final part was a behavioral interview. The recruiter called me with the results about 30 minutes after the interview, which was nice since there was no waiting.
