The interview process was a long case study with different parts focusing on commercial and technical knowledge. There were 3 interviewers and two or three rounds in total. The case was given days in advance of the interview, testing how you view and perceive business challenges.

The interview was kinda structured but also felt like a chat. They asked questions that were a mix of technical stuff and like, 'tell me about a time when...' scenarios. The people on the panel were professional and really seemed to care about how I'd handle problems, work with others, and deal with changes. It seemed like a fair process, but yeah, you definitely needed to know your stuff about energy markets and risk frameworks.

So, first I had this HR chat over the phone, right? After that, there were three more interviews. Two of them were in person, like, face-to-face. One was all about the technical stuff, and the other was focused on behaviour. The hiring manager was there for both of those, plus another interviewer. The very last part was a case study.
