Applied online, then took two online tests. The first test seemed to be about personality, and the second was a situational judgment test. There was also a quick math part at the end. You had to pass both tests to get an interview. My interview was supposed to be an hour but only lasted 30 minutes. They asked 4 STAR format questions, which were pretty standard. The interviewer just took notes the whole time and didn't look up. It felt like a typical Shell interview.
