Behavioral Case Presentation

the selection process is very structured, and the interviews follow an internal shell process for timing and topics. the first interview is with the hiring manager, going over your experience and motivation. you'll also be presented with a case study to analyze and discuss. there might be a three-week wait for the second interview notification. the second and third interviews are scheduled for the same day, lasting about three hours total. again, very structured. the second interview focuses on behavioral aspects to see if you fit the Shell Culture, and the third is a presentation. if you succeed, an offer will follow shortly.

Behavioral Technical

I wanted to share my interview experience with Shell. I feel the interviewers are ruining interviews by being too process-oriented. The interviewer asked me three times about my stakeholder management experience, even though it had already been covered by another interviewer. They didn't seem to know what the project was or who the hiring manager was, just evaluating based on a script. I also conduct interviews and evaluate candidates, but your team seemed more focused on writing notes than listening. This is just a friendly suggestion to improve your interview pattern, otherwise, you might miss out on good candidates. I'm not saying this because I didn't clear the second round, but the process and duration should be for proper evaluation, not just for the sake of it.
