First, there was an online test with numerical and situational questions. Then, we had a virtual Assessment Day which included various solo and group activities, and a 1:1 chat. Finally, I went for an in-person interview at their London office and met with someone currently in the graduate program.

Great experience! They asked me about my experience, like 'walk me through your resume', and my interest in the role and company. They also asked about availability and salary expectations. The salary range was posted but the gap was significant and other locations were also included on the posting.

It was honestly the worst interview experience I've ever had. It started okay with the first round with two managers where they asked me some basic behavioral questions. Then I had my final round with two directors which felt more like just a chat about my past work and a few more behavioral questions. The real issue started after that. The recruiter told me they liked me and wanted to offer me the job. But then she went on maternity leave and a new recruiter took over. She asked about my salary expectations, and then I heard nothing for three weeks. I followed up, and the recruiter just told me they decided to go with an internal candidate. I've never felt so disrespected.

I had 2 virtual interviews and an offer. It was for a Tax Analyst position. In the first one, HR told me about the role and asked about my education and experience. Then, they sent me an online test in Word about taxes. I didn't do great, but they called me for another interview with the bosses. They told me about the team, and I appreciate that the boss was honest because she told me that we have to do a lot of overtime, but it's not paid, and sometimes we work on Saturdays. Finally, they offered me the position, with a gross salary lower than I expected. I didn't accept.
