Technical Case

I had applied a while back and got a rejection because they were looking for a CA. Then, they reached out again to see if I was still interested. Since I was, I had to do this online assessment which was about finance and logic. After that, I had an interview with the Director, but haven't heard back since.

The interview process kicked off with some online tests. Then, there was a video interview that was pretty standard, featuring about four questions. After that, I went through an Assessment Centre, which was pretty intense. It involved a group exercise, a 2-on-1 interview, and a task to check spelling, grammar, and numerical skills. From that, seven out of the nine candidates were cut. The final step was a Partner Interview, where I had to read an Information Memorandum for a business and then present my findings to two partners.

I applied online where I submitted my CV and answered a few motivational questions like 'where do you see yourself in 5 years'. Then there was an online test, followed by a video interview. After that, I went to an assessment centre which consisted of a written case study that I had to present to 2 employees, a group exercise, and an interview with 2 employees.
