The process felt standard, but there were frequent delays in getting updates and scheduling. My interview was rescheduled multiple times, mostly for their convenience. The recruiter was friendly and professional. The interview invitations provided helpful information for preparation, including details about the interviewers.

The hiring process involved 5 steps: first, an initial application form, then an online test with numerical and SJT questions, followed by a HireVue video interview. After that, there was an online assessment centre which took about 3 hours and included a partner welcome, two group tasks with 2-3 other candidates, and a 15-minute individual task. Finally, there was an in-person assessment centre, also about 3 hours, which consisted of two group tasks with 2-3 others, an individual interview, and time to chat with current graduates on RSM schemes. Overall, the process felt quite lengthy. It's worth noting that the in-person assessment centres are located regionally, so depending on your application location, you might need to travel to a different city. They do cover travel expenses for the in-person AC, but not accommodation, which could be a bit of a challenge since these start in the morning. I believe the in-person AC is specifically for consulting roles, not for tax or audit positions.
