Behavioral Technical Presentation

First, I submitted my CV online. Then, I had an online interview with HireVue where they asked me questions about teamwork and providing examples. After that, I had another online interview with two directors. In this interview, I had to answer questions about my skills, like how I would manage my calendar if a client urgently needed work done. Finally, I had an in-person meeting with the team.

Behavioral Technical Case

So after you apply online, there's like an initial screening interview, then maybe some phone or virtual interviews and assessments. If you pass that, then you'll do behavioral and technical interviews, panel discussions, and a final chat with senior execs. Then they do reference checks and then send over a job offer, and you can negotiate terms. The exact process can change depending on the role and where you are, so definitely prep for the specific job.

The interview had to be rescheduled multiple times because HR at RSM takes ages to respond to basic queries. There was one interview with one person, who had only just joined the business and didn't know much about it. The person couldn't answer my questions and I don't think they should have conducted the interview alone. They assured me they would let me know the outcome within a week, but I never heard anything from them again after the interview. I contacted HR for feedback, but they never responded.
