Behavioral Case Case Case

I went through four virtual interviews in total. It was a personality/fit interview, two case interviews, and then a final partner interview. The whole process was really well organized and structured. I was impressed by how prepared the interviewers were; they clearly knew my academic and professional background. The interviews felt more like conversations with people on your level rather than formal tests. Everyone was nice, professional, and understanding, and they gave good advice during the case discussions. This made it easy to show my strengths and what I want to do.

Technical Presentation

I was asked to do a take-home assignment where I had to build an app and prepare a presentation for it. I submitted my GitHub repo, but they requested I upload the files to a public cloud. The next interview was supposed to be a showcase of the app and presentation. However, I was mostly asked technical questions. I asked if I should respond as if I were talking to a client in a simulated scenario or to technical interviewers, and they seemed confused and couldn't provide clear guidance. They also asked about potential new features to enhance the app's performance.

Behavioral Case Technical

I had a few interviews, one was focused on Sustainability. The recruiter was really nice and helpful. In total, there were 3 chats: first with HR, then one with a Senior Manager involving a Case Study, and finally, a third chat with a Director who asked detailed questions about his projects. Ultimately, it didn't work out with the Director.

  • Suppose a client aims to cut emissions by 30% in five years. What details would you need, and how would you begin addressing this?

Case Behavioral

The interview process involved three rounds, each including both fit and case interviews. All case studies were drawn from the interviewer's industry. The interviews were conversational in nature, featuring discussions and case analyses. The interviewers ranged from consultants to partners. There were many scheduling and rescheduling issues caused by HR, which was inconvenient.
