I applied online and HR contacted me the same day. The HR interview was within a week, followed by online assessments (Korn Ferry) after another week. It took over two weeks for the results. The first consulting interview with a project manager happened within two weeks, focusing on market sizing without strict calculations. They gave me a second chance, and I passed, notified within a day. The second round with a principal consultant was a week later, involving more in-depth and numerical market sizing. This time, the interviewer was stricter, and I didn't pass. After a few days, I emailed HR and was kindly informed I didn't make it to the final round with the partner. Overall, it was a good experience because HR was responsive, even after rejection.

Applied online. HR called for a basic screening and then I was invited for an interview a few days before the actual day. SEA candidates were pooled together, kind of like a super-day overseas. Candidates were split into two groups: some did case studies first, and some did online tests on provided laptops. The first part was about 1 hour and 45 minutes of numerical and logical tests. Then there were 2 individual one-hour case interviews. If you passed the first two stages, you moved on to a group case interview. Passing that led to an interview with a director. On the super-day itself, you found out if you were moving forward or not. Overall, it was a positive experience, getting to meet new people from other countries. Interviewers flew in from different offices. The questions for novice consulting applicants were tough, but shouldn't be a problem for seasoned applicants. The interviewers were sharp but not intimidating; they made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The whole process took me one week.

Technical Case Behavioral
First, you'll take a supervised skills test via a Teams meeting. The test is manageable, but practicing speed is helpful due to the short time per question. Next, you'll have a meeting with a recruiter and work through a case study with a senior consultant. This is done on the same day and takes about 3 hours. The final step is a partner interview, which lasts about an hour. If all goes well, you'll receive an offer afterward.
