I sent in the application and got a phone call for a job interview within a week. First, they asked questions about my personal background, and then a lot (20-30) of technical questions followed. I also had to interpret 2 diagrams. The organization was quite chaotic because I wasn't properly informed about expense reimbursement and had to contact the HR colleagues myself.
