after the online assessment, there are 3 rounds in the interview process. The first is with a consultant, the second with a project manager, and the third with a partner. The first two rounds have a similar structure: 30 minutes for a fit interview and 30 minutes for a case interview. The partner interview, however, focuses more on your thinking process. They don't give you a case but rather a broad question that you need to structure well.

Technical Case
Submitted an online application. The whole process took about 2 months. There were 4 stages of interviews: First, a preliminary test covering math, logic, and business knowledge. Then, there were 3 technical interviews with consultants of different levels: a junior consultant, a project manager, and a partner. The people were very nice, and the interviews were engaging. They had good communication and responded quickly. Overall a pleasant experience, and I'd strongly recommend it.
