I had a few interviews, one was focused on Sustainability. The recruiter was really nice and helpful. In total, there were 3 chats: first with HR, then one with a Senior Manager involving a Case Study, and finally, a third chat with a Director who asked detailed questions about his projects. Ultimately, it didn't work out with the Director.

Case Behavioral

We had four interviews in total. Three were with Partners and one was with a Principal. Each interview focused on personal fit and included a case study. The process went really smoothly because I felt a good connection with the interviewers. It was helpful to research the company beforehand, ideally by talking to other consultants from the same platform.

Case Behavioral

The recruiter's interview was sub-par. Most interviewers seemed unprepared and asked irrelevant questions that didn't test any skills. The recruiter also went incommunicado after the process concluded.
