Customer Support Specialist
The HR team is really nice, it's one of the best recruiting experiences I've had. The process usually has 2-3 stages, depending on which department you get placed in. You might encounter some interviewers (managers, TLs) whose style you don't like, but it's not everyone. To make a long story short, I didn't pass the first final interview and was reprofiled. Looking back 4 years later, it was actually a good thing because I was moved to a position with a higher level and better pay. Overall, if you want stability and a good work-life balance, this is the place to apply.

Senior Software Engineer
It was a 3 stage interview process. Two technical rounds and one HR round. The technical rounds involved medium complexity questions, coding, real-time system design with the latest tech stack, and programming. They also asked about the architecture of my recent projects. The HR round was standard.
- Can you discuss the architecture patterns of your recent projects?
- Tell me about your experience with Microservices.
- What are your thoughts on OOPs principles?
Data Analyst
The company contacted me for an interview just a day before the scheduled date, suggesting they move quickly without much prep time. The interview process was quite smooth and consisted of two rounds. Initially, there was an exam since the role is in Financial Data Operations. The first exam focused on MS Excel, and the second covered Accounts-related topics. Overall, it was a seamless experience.
- Could you answer intermediate to advanced MS Excel questions concerning Trial Balance, general ledger, journal entries, Balance Sheet, and P&L statements?
- Do you have experience with Real Estate property management software and related questions?
- Can you explain Real Estate Accounts and the financial transactions between tenants and landowners?
Director
My interview process was both great and extremely disappointing. It started with an initial call with the recruiter on 1/15/24. Over the next two months, I went through 6 interviews, with the last one on 3/5/24. The conversations were good, and even though it took a while, the recruiter communicated well. On 3/6/24, I received an email saying good news was coming, pending approvals. I followed up a few times but got no updates on the delay. On 4/4/24, the recruiter told me the company was undergoing a re-org, which would take 3-4 weeks. I followed up a few more times with no information, and the hiring manager never responded to my emails. It's been nearly two months since I've had any real information. I never got an official rejection. I don't blame the recruiter or hiring manager, but I'm really disappointed it's been over 4 months with no answer. It feels like a disrespect of my time, which I didn't expect from the people I spent so much time talking to. I hope the company learns from this and avoids these kinds of stalls and dead ends in the future. Feeling forgotten after being given hope isn't something anyone should experience, especially in this competitive market.
- Can you describe your experience presenting to C-Suite executives?
