Sales
4 stage interview process. The last interview with the vp and senior sales director is the hardest. Typical questions that shouldn’t be too hard if you did some research on the industry. The process took longer than I was told but it was a busy time
- What are some ways we can assist our clients?
Sales Representative
I talked to a recruiter who was super helpful, then the hiring manager, after that the VP of Sales and finally the SVP of Business Development for the last interview. They also did a background check.
- Can you describe your most successful deal?
Sales Representative
The interview process involved phone calls with recruiters, the hiring manager, and the SVP of Sales via SKYPE. It felt like it took a long time, and some of my questions were never answered. Reaching the HR Department was tough and they were unresponsive. The training for my role wasn't adequate, and the corporate marketing campaigns weren't effective.
- Can you walk me through your sales process?
