I applied online and then HR reached out to me for a phone screening. The next round was a virtual meeting with the manager and director. I felt it went well during the whole process, but in the end, I didn't get the offer.

So, the whole hiring thing was pretty disorganized. I didn't even hear from a recruiter directly; I just got an email saying they wanted to do a phone interview. Then it took them like a week to actually set it up, and it ended up being a Zoom call with the hiring manager. After that, I had an interview with the Accounting Director, which was okay. Realpage has kind of disappeared since then, no updates or anything. My profile on their site still says 'Scheduling Phone Interview.' If this is how they hire, I'm not sure what the company itself is like.

I applied on LinkedIn, and had a phone interview with HR and the hiring manager. Then, I had a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and another decision maker. After the interview, I was given excel and access assignments. The HR team was very helpful before the interview. However, after the interview and online assignments, there was no follow-up or feedback, which was disappointing given the time taken off for interviews and the expressed interest in the company. Even a rejection note would have been appreciated.
