I interviewed for this role and had 4 rounds. In each interview, they said my background and skills were a good fit. But after the last interview, they ghosted me and the recruiter never replied. It's been months and still no follow-up. Super unprofessional and disrespectful.

Case Technical Coding

I applied for a Business Analyst role, and the HR mentioned they had openings for both BA and Product Owner roles and would interview me for both. I told them my background is in BA, but they proceeded with a 4-round interview process for me, including an assignment. Afterwards, they said I wasn't a good fit for the PO position. I had explicitly stated I didn't have PO certification experience, yet they spent a month of my time. I wish they'd been more upfront.

Technical Other

The process was excellent, fast, and concise. They were always aware of the required knowledge and were quick to present a realistic proposal that met the candidate's expectations. It had several parts like an English test to check your knowledge, a technical test, and finally an interview with the head of the area.
