The HR team is really nice, it's one of the best recruiting experiences I've had. The process usually has 2-3 stages, depending on which department you get placed in. You might encounter some interviewers (managers, TLs) whose style you don't like, but it's not everyone. To make a long story short, I didn't pass the first final interview and was reprofiled. Looking back 4 years later, it was actually a good thing because I was moved to a position with a higher level and better pay. Overall, if you want stability and a good work-life balance, this is the place to apply.

I applied online through Indeed, and a few days later, a recruiter emailed me to sign up for an open house interview the next week. I signed up right away and made sure to be punctual. When I got there, they were really welcoming, and it felt super comfortable. They showed me around and gave me some interview tips before my actual interview. It went really well, and I was so eager to know if I got the job. They called me later to say I got it, and I was ecstatic!

It starts with an open house, followed by a typing test that you must pass. If you pass, you then go to a computer to listen to some example calls, and after that, you'll have a one-on-one interview.
