It was a 3 stage interview process. Two technical rounds and one HR round. The technical rounds involved medium complexity questions, coding, real-time system design with the latest tech stack, and programming. They also asked about the architecture of my recent projects. After the first screening call with the recruiter, I had an in-person technical discussion the next day. It was a detailed session, emphasizing practical application over just theory, asking for real-world solutions to problems. This lasted about an hour. The day after that, I had another interview that was both technical and managerial. The interviewer, who was also a manager and product owner, had deep knowledge of technology and various domains, leading to a very in-depth discussion covering security, error handling, garbage collection, and more. A few hours later, the recruiter called and asked me to come in the next day for salary negotiations, and I received an offer that same day.
