Engineering Coordinator
The interview process started oddly with an email invitation instead of the usual WhatsApp message. Despite the unusual start, I proceeded. The process was lengthy and quite draining. It began with a long application, followed by an AI interview via WhatsApp. Then, I had a promising interview with the recruiter, who seemed very interested and quickly approved me for the next stage with the hiring manager. The conversation with the manager was great; he confirmed I met all the requirements and mentioned the next step, an interview with the BP, would be scheduled after two weeks due to company holidays. Everything seemed to be going well. However, later that week, I received a generic automated email from an AI, oddly sent to a secondary email address I hadn't used in the process. This made no sense. I contacted the recruiter, thinking it was a mistake given the manager's positive feedback, but received no response. The rejection was confirmed almost a month later when I saw the job posting reopened. The company's 'people-centric' image contrasted sharply with this silent and disrespectful end to my application. It was frustrating, especially as I needed this opportunity. The experience left me feeling like my time was wasted, with unfulfilled expectations and the impression that the job might not have even been real.

Copywriter
I applied on their website and went through a series of logic and behavioral tests. Then I had a great interview with HR, did a case study, and finally had a final interview. It was extremely frustrating because I had very little chance to talk about the case study or my experience. The interviewer kept interrupting me to talk about how good they were at their job. In the end, I was told I didn't have the background for a mid-level role and would need help and wouldn't have enough autonomy. This was disappointing, especially since I've been working as a senior for 4 years. It would have been better to just say I wasn't a good fit.
- How would you behave when faced with challenges?
Analista De Suporte Técnico
I had a terrible experience. I was contacted by an HR person on LinkedIn who offered me a job opening. It seemed interesting, so I applied. I had the first interview, and the recruiter seemed to like my profile, but then she didn't like it when I said I wanted to grow within the company and eventually switch areas. After the interview, she sent me 4 unbearable logic and personality tests. I completed them all, and before that, she had already sent me the technical case for the next stage to prepare. I waited two weeks with no response. I only got one after I emailed her, and she said she wanted to give me feedback sooner but couldn't because of a company event. After another week of waiting, I emailed again, and she told me I wouldn't be moving forward in the selection process due to the initial reason. The job posting was reposted before I even got this response. Basically, I was strung along the whole time for nothing. It was a total lack of respect for the candidate, but I consider it a lucky escape since they want someone who is an expert in the garbage product they sell as a platform. Honestly, don't waste your time applying for jobs with them.
- Can you tell me about your past experiences?
Analista De Suporte Financeiro
I had 3 interviews. The first was in March, and I followed all the steps but wasn't selected. In April, I was contacted for another interview for the same role, which made me happy because I didn't know my resume was still in the database. Unfortunately, I wasn't selected then either. It was only on the third try that I had a great conversation with the leaders, even on my birthday, and to my delight, I got the offer – a great birthday present! The whole process was transparent and fast, and the interviews were comfortable, making me feel at ease to express myself and learn about the company.
