Sales Representative
It was a 3-stage process: first with HR, second with the area supervisor, and the last with the manager. Regarding the stages, nothing too out of the ordinary, everything within normal limits, but it's a very challenging process where they ask many tricky "gotcha" questions, which creates a certain tension and a feeling of being on a game show, bombarded with questions where your answers are analyzed ambiguously and with a hint of disapproval, even after passing the first two stages. A positive point is the feedback at the end, which helps correct mistakes that I carried over to other processes. In the end, it was more of a learning experience than an actual opportunity. Lastly, I must mention a certain tone of superiority bordering on arrogance in the conversations with the stakeholders of the selection process; at times, it felt like the company was from Silicon Valley and not from Floripa. (with all due respect that Floripa deserves!)

Sales Representative
The evaluation process seemed quite thorough. They really look for talented individuals who are exceptional. It involved 5 stages: first, a quick chat with a headhunter, then a profile questionnaire, a logical reasoning test, an interview with the HR department for the commercial team, and finally, interviews with the area managers. Although I didn't get approved, they sent me my assessment results and feedback for improvement at the end, which was a positive and important experience both personally and professionally.
- What is your experience?
- Can you share some of your success stories?
- Tell me about your experience in sales.
Sales Representative
The process was really bad. The recruiter was good, but the rest of the process didn't go as they told me. The team doing the interviews (call) was completely lost and disorganized, which made me feel very insecure and as lost as they were. In the end, they didn't evaluate the qualities the recruiter saw in my profile, and the process ended up valuing professionals who already have experience in selection processes more. This makes it difficult for those who have always been employed or, like me, were always recruited by referral and not through a selection process.
- Where are you making mistakes?
