Intern
Fast interview with the area managers (there were 3 of them) where we talked about personal interests, analyzed past experiences to assess knowledge, and it finished with time for you to ask questions to the managers.
- What is your favorite subject in college and why?
- What is your least favorite subject in college and why?
- Tell me about a memorable experience from your past and explain why it was memorable.
Intern
First there were some Online Tests. Then, you had to record a video where you talked about yourself (values, projects), why RD, and why Vale do Início. After that, you had to complete the Inbound Marketing course and participate in a Group Dynamic (Case study). Finally, there was an Interview with the Manager.
- Why do you want to work at RD?
- Tell me about a negative feedback you received.
- What are your weaknesses and strengths?
Intern
The selection process is long, demanding a lot of time and effort, and takes a while. It includes: a mandatory online course, a psychological test, a timed logic test, sending a video answering some questions, and completing a remote project. At no point did I feel valued or 'wanted'; all emails were impersonal, and even the rejection was automated! The company claims to be the best in the industry but treats students very poorly. Internships should be a learning opportunity, not a production line! I don't recommend the Vale do Início program (the name given to the internship program), even though the salary is tempting.
- In which country should RD establish a new office and why?
