Behavioral

It was very calm and humanized. The person in charge was super friendly and attentive. Overall, we talked about career and exchanged some very valuable feedback. Also, in the open space for me to clear up my doubts, the person in question answered all my questions in a very detailed way and shared feedback about their experience.

Behavioral Other

The recruitment process felt really immature and full of silly approaches. It was like interviewing for a telenovela cast, so forced. The recruiter acted superior, like she was doing me a favor, and even doubted some of my answers. I don't recommend it.

Technical Behavioral

The initial contact was straightforward. However, during the conversation with the manager, they asked some technical questions that seemed like trick questions, designed to make me nervous and see how I react under pressure and stress. The Talent team had informed me it would just be a chat to get to know the manager, and they never mentioned anything technical would be covered.
