It was the best hiring process I've been through, very organized, very clear on the next steps. From the very first moment, I felt very welcomed and even though there's the pressure of the selection process, they make it lighter. Responses are also given very quickly, which helps to control anxiety.

The interview had 3 parts: First, a chat with a people specialist. Then, a technical interview with the area coordinator. Finally, a cultural fit interview with the Head of the area and a junior coordinator. They sent detailed feedback by email, and I was given the option to reply via a form, but I haven't heard back yet.
