First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RD Station.
Software Developer
The process started really well, I was contacted on WhatsApp and informed I'd be part of the process. I passed the CV stage, passed the logical and psychological evaluation stage, and then underwent a WhatsApp interview with an AI, which I failed. The AI interview stage was frustrating, the questions it asked don't match the reality of a developer's routine, plus it repeated the same question more than once, with only 2 minutes to answer each question. It was disappointing to pass 2 stages, reach the 3rd, and not even have the chance to chat for 10 minutes with a human. The rejection feedback they give is entirely AI-generated, meaning if the AI had a logical flaw, you're out.
- Can you tell me more about your professional experiences?
Software Engineer
It was a multi-stage interview process. First, an HR interview, then a cultural fit assessment, followed by another HR interview where I was given a practical case. Finally, a technical interview to discuss the case, which also included some technical questions and challenges. I didn't make it through the last technical part and wasn't approved. Overall, the process wasn't bad, but it had many stages, maybe it could have been a bit shorter.
- What are your expectations for your career in the short and medium term?
Software Engineer
The interview process at RD Station was super positive. It felt very human from the start, with clear communication and professional interviewers who gave good feedback afterward. The recruitment team was really professional and considerate, making the whole thing feel welcoming. They were interested in my skills and experience, which made it a comfortable space. The process had 4 parts: reviewing my resume and profile test, talking with Talent, a specific test for the job, and finally, a chat with the technical team.
