I only had the first interview with HR. It was a very relaxed, quick interview, the recruiter was very kind. At the end, she told me I would proceed to the next stage, but after that, the position was put on hold / canceled.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Technical Presentation Case Behavioral

It was one of the best hiring processes I've ever done! From the start, the recruiter was super nice and gave quick feedback on each stage I completed (some feedback came the same day!). For the Product Manager role, the stages were: Mindsight mapping tests, a chat with the recruiter, a technical interview with two other PMs from the company, a case study presentation for a multidisciplinary team (I had two days to work on the case), an interview with the hiring manager, and a cultural fit interview. Even though it sounds like many steps, the process was really relaxed and only took 3 weeks.
