Initially, Talent Management called me and did a first check about my career, motivations, etc. Then they sent me a case to analyze results of a fictitious client. It was a lot of work, but reasonably simple to do. This case was presented to leadership as if it were a real client case. After that, they conducted an interview and progressed to final conversations.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through all the steps for the job really fast, like in a week. They said the deadline was super tight to fill the CS Analyst spot, so I ended up doing two parts of the interview on the same day, even while I was still working. I really pushed myself to meet their deadlines. After I finished everything, on the day they said they'd make the final decision, they just ghosted me. It's been over a week with no response, not even a rejection email with feedback.

The interview process took about a month and was really dynamic and to the point. The selection process is quite thorough, with recruiters and area managers really digging into all your skills and knowledge. What I really liked was how objective the feedback was; right after each interview, I knew if I'd passed the stage, which was super important for keeping me motivated.
