Front End Developer
I participated in RD's second hiring process. They sent me a Figma layout of a full page to test my daily job skills. The landing page-style page had a professional design, was responsive, and included many details like data submission forms with field validation and API integration. I spent days on this project, which would realistically take a week or more full-time in a professional setting. It felt disproportionate for a "challenge" meant to last hours, not weeks. I delivered 80% of the project, coded with specific technologies, and deployed it on Vercel for review. After waiting three weeks for feedback, I was told I hadn't advanced because I didn't complete 100% of the challenge, even though the remaining parts were just more of the same. I spent a week building everything from scratch, something I wouldn't have done if I wasn't looking for a job. The evaluation felt automated, like an excuse to reject me. I lost all interest in working there, feeling disrespected by both the challenge and the response.

Front End Developer
The recruiter kicked things off by discussing the company, the role, and the benefits. The interview started a little late, about 4 minutes, but went well. She mentioned I'd get a link for a behavioral assessment via email. However, I only received it after reaching out to my contact person. Along with that, I got a take-home test that was estimated to take 3 days to complete, for a role with different requirements than what was discussed during the interview.

Front End Engineer
Initial interview via WhatsApp with DigAí. Then, received the technical challenge by email. After that, I had an interview with HR and a few days later with the technical team, where there were technical questions and a front-end engineering challenge. The interview was very good because the interviewers made me feel very at ease and comfortable throughout the process. I was happy to be approved.
- Were there technical questions about the front-end technologies listed in the job posting?
