The interview process was way too long and complicated for a senior role. It had a hiring manager screen with a coding question, then another coding round, two separate system design interviews, and a behavioral/cultural chat. It felt repetitive and didn't seem to add much value. I wonder if they could assess candidates better and faster earlier on. It takes a lot of time from the candidate's side. A simpler process or clearer differences between the rounds would be better. Also, saying people might need to reapply if they don't get in could suggest the hiring process isn't well-calibrated, rather than just having high standards. Even though they're probably trying to be thorough, the process could be more focused, quicker, and easier for candidates.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

They played games and made me go through 5 rounds of interview (the last round was with the same person??? + 1 new person). Throughout the 5 rounds, they kept delaying the next round of interview because they wanted to buy time to interview/hire this other person. In the meantime, they told me to be patient after the last round of interview and that it normally takes their HR at least a week to reach out to me about the hiring process. After a week, their HR told me that they hired another person and the feedback they gave me was that 'you lacked this and you lacked that'.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty standard but had a few stages, each focusing on different things. I got to talk to people from three different teams, which was cool because it gave me a good look at how everything works here. Everyone I met was super nice and helpful, making me feel really comfortable. It wasn't as stressful as I thought it might be, and I learned a lot about what the company is all about and how they operate. It was a good experience that helped me understand the company and its objectives better.

Behavioral Technical

It took about 4 weeks and I didn't get an offer in the end. The process included a recruiter screening, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by another interview with someone else from the hiring team. They asked standard questions about why I'm interested in the role and my background. They also asked how I'd approach certain situations, along with other behavioral questions. Honestly, for an Associate role, I wish they had been more understanding of the fact that I'm trying to gain experience, whereas other candidates might already have it. It's tough to get product experience when companies aren't willing to give newcomers a chance, and I can't even get those opportunities internally. So, not getting the offer is a big disappointment.
