Implementation Specialist
I applied for a remote Implementation Specialist role in December 2021. In January 2021, I had an initial call with an HR representative. This was followed by a Zoom interview a week later with two staff members from the Implementation team. They mentioned a potential second interview where I'd need to prepare a training scenario. However, I haven't received any decision within the expected timeframe. I've followed up multiple times via email with the initial HR contact, but as of early March, I still haven't heard back.
- What is your motivation for leaving your current job?
Implementation Specialist
I started with a screening call with HR. About four days later, I got an email saying I was moving on to the next interviews. They set up three separate one-hour Zoom video calls for me. I talked with the VP of the department, two team members, and finally the EVP of the division. Three days after my last interview, they called me with an offer. All the interviews went for the full hour. I really enjoyed them because they felt more like conversations, were very informative, and engaging.
- How would you react if a colleague's idea was chosen over yours?
Implementation Specialist
It was a long but thorough interview process that I really respected. First, there was a 15-minute recruiter call. About a week later, I had a video call with two managers. A week after that, I had another video call with two more managers where I had to give a presentation. This was my first time doing video interviews, and I liked seeing everyone. I enjoyed the process as it was all new to me and everyone was kind and answered my questions. I didn't get an offer initially and was told I didn't get the job. I emailed the recruiter thanking her and asking to be considered for future roles. About three weeks later, I was offered a different position and was very happy!
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- How do you approach time management?
- How do you handle juggling multiple urgent tasks simultaneously?
