Product Manager
This was a really long interview process, it went on for more than 40 days from start to finish. There was a lot of waiting in between, sometimes over a week to get a response. In total, I had 4 interviews, including the first HR screening. Each interview was one-on-one. I talked with two Directors and a VP.

Product Manager
It took about 4 weeks and I didn't get an offer in the end. The process included a recruiter screening, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by another interview with someone else from the hiring team. They asked standard questions about why I'm interested in the role and my background. They also asked how I'd approach certain situations, along with other behavioral questions. Honestly, for an Associate role, I wish they had been more understanding of the fact that I'm trying to gain experience, whereas other candidates might already have it. It's tough to get product experience when companies aren't willing to give newcomers a chance, and I can't even get those opportunities internally. So, not getting the offer is a big disappointment.
- How would you prioritize a backlog of tasks?
- Can you tell me why you are interested in this position?
- Describe your previous experience.
Product Manager
I was contacted by the Recruiter for the first round interview. I thought the interview went fine but I was not selected for the second round. My problem is with a statement in the response email stating that many of their current employees were hired on their third or fourth applications to PointClickCare. It seems the recruiters have a hit or trial method to select a candidate. If you are applying for a position that matches your profile your probability of being selected should be highest. Not sure how that probability will increase third or fourth time.
