The interview process is an initial phone screening with the recruiter followed by an onsite interview. However, I did not feel it was worth going there. I am now wondering why they called me? Everybody has value of time.

The interview experience was really good, open and clear. It started when I got contacted by the recruiter, Sylvia, on LinkedIn. After that, we had a phone chat about the job, my background, and some company stuff. Then, I went to the office for two interviews in person. The first one was a technical interview with some developers, and the second one was a bit less technical, with a manager and a team lead, to help find the right team for me. Most of the questions were about confirming the experience I listed, especially with technologies and different practices. They asked practical questions directly related to the job, nothing tricky. They checked my knowledge of Java, different frameworks, how to design a basic database, and system design concepts. When a question came up about a technology I hadn't used, I was honest about it, and we then focused more on the database part of the question. Sylvia kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and was very helpful. I was in a difficult situation at the time, and the company and Sylvia were very understanding. I received a great offer in the end, but due to personal reasons unrelated to the company or the interviews, my circumstances changed, and I couldn't accept. I'd still recommend this company to others looking for a similar role. The tech stack they use is current and appealing, the office is nice, and I was treated very well.

Behavioral Technical Coding

Started with an initial hr interview asking typical questions about my experience. Then I had two technical interviews back to back with a panel of 2 people, a manager, a team lead, and an hr person. It was a great experience. They tested my core programming basics and also asked practical questions, like I would be doing the actual work. The experience was very positive, and all the interviewers made me feel very comfortable.
