Project Manager
It started with an email for a phone chat, which happened pretty fast and was handled well by the HR person. It lasted about 30 mins and they dug into my resume and how my past work fit the job. The recruiter mentioned that because it was the end of the year, things might pause for a bit. And yeah, about a month later, I had an in-person interview. The first one was with the hiring manager and another PM. Then, just 3 days later, I met with the Director and another Manager from the team for an hour. They seem to move fast once they like you, because I got an offer just 24 hours after the second interview.

Project Manager
The hiring process took a bit longer than expected, but it was clear they were committed to finding the right fit, not just filling a spot. This allowed me to evaluate if the company was a good match for my career goals. The interviews provided a great opportunity to discuss my aspirations and learn about the company's mission. They were upfront about the demands of the role and potential challenges due to growth, which I appreciated. It felt like a mutual interview where I could assess the role and company as much as they assessed me. The multiple stages indicated their seriousness in finding the best candidate.
- Can you share some specific questions that prompted unique conversations beyond the typical interview topics?
- Were there non-typical questions designed to assess creative and rapid thinking abilities?
- What were some of the typical questions you encountered during the interview process?
Project Manager
I had 3 very professional interview rounds. First was a recruiter call about the company and my online application. He was confident and said he'd call back within a week to set up the next round. To speed things up, two managers interviewed me within days. Then, a quick call with a third-level manager, and an offer came within 24 hours. They move fast for good candidates, wanting to hire quickly. It was a professional and fast process.
- Can you tell us about your experience and why you're a good fit for this role?
