I had an initial phone chat with Mrunmayi Joglekar. It seemed to go well, and she mentioned I'd get an email with a Zoom link for the next interview stage, scheduled for the next day. However, Friday passed without any communication. I sent two emails and called, but received no response. It's quite frustrating to have your career development time wasted like this.

This interview experience was with Collective Medical. It started with a recruiter call, but the recruiter was new and gave incorrect times, which messed up the next interview. Then I had an interview with the team lead. She seemed nice but was unsure about questions regarding employee relationships and my specific duties. The next interview was with the manager of the team lead and someone who used to do the job. They talked over each other, making it hard to follow the questions. One of them was playing with her hair and looking at the wrong screen during the Zoom call, so I mostly saw the side of her head. They also didn't seem to listen to my answers and asked the same questions multiple times. The whole process felt very disorganized.
