The interview process was really great, honestly one of my favorite and most insightful experiences. The recruiter, Mariette, was amazing and gave me tons of info about the job and company. After that, I had a 2-hour interview with 4 people from the CSM team. It felt more like a conversation, which was nice and made me feel less nervous. The team was super professional, empathetic, and really knew their stuff about the role and the company. This whole process made me sure that PatientPop is where I want to be as a CSM.

The recruiter was awesome, really informative and communicative! I was joining the company while pregnant, and they went out of their way to explain my benefits and make sure I'd be eligible before hiring me. I really appreciated that! This company and process never made me feel less or like my pregnancy was a burden. (I've had bad experiences with other companies before when pregnant). The recruiting and hiring team at Patient Pop were helpful, excited, and caring. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

The interview process was super fast, like others mentioned. I heard from the recruiter on Tuesday and got a job offer by Wednesday night. It was a 30 min chat with the recruiter, then a 45 min call with the hiring manager, and finally two 45 min interviews with team leads. Everyone was really nice and professional, and the recruiter kept me in the loop. I wish I had more time to prep, but the interviewers were so friendly and made me think, which was great.

First, I spoke with a recruiter who was very helpful. Then, I had an interview with two managers. One of the interviewers interrupted me while I answered their question, and they got defensive when I asked questions at the end about the company. These are red flags. When a company gets defensive, something's wrong.
