The recruiter initially reached out on LinkedIn, and after a brief conversation, we scheduled two calls, even with some background noise. The recruiter took their time to understand me, conducted thorough research, and openly answered all my questions, giving me a clear picture of the role. Following this, I had two separate interviews with the sales managers. They inquired about my current sales approach and asked how I would adjust it to succeed in their market. We also discussed the team dynamics, the company culture, and how I would collaborate with others as a remote employee. The final interview was with the VP, who surprisingly recognized me from when they were building the sales team two years ago. After this meeting, both the VP and I had a clear understanding of the expectations if I were to accept the offer, and we were both enthusiastic about the prospect of working together. The process concluded with a call to finalize the offer details with the recruiter, and my potential manager also reached out to offer guidance and address any remaining questions.

PatientPop has a really comprehensive interview process. You start with a couple of initial phone screens, then move on to some Skype interviews with the department heads. After you get through those first steps, you get to meet people who are actually doing the job you're applying for, which is great for understanding what the day-to-day tasks are like. This is then followed by a final interview in person. I really liked how the process works because they make sure you get a lot of information so you can make the best decision for your career. It's been the best process I've experienced so far.

It was a quick process, but in the end, I didn't feel it was a good match. I was unclear about the number of steps in the interview and who was making the final decision. Overall, I had a neutral feeling about how things went.
