Was referred and had a 30 min call with the hiring manager, then a quick call with Talent Acquisition. After that, had 4 separate 30 min in-person interviews with the team. Scheduling was a breeze and I felt prepared for what was coming. Overall, it was a great experience and they kept me informed.

I applied online for an internship and got an email to interview. I picked a time on a calendar they gave me, and the interview was set. I waited for the call, but it never came. I emailed someone else about it, and then they called me. They asked basic questions about my experience and said they weren't really hiring but would contact me in the Spring if a job opened up. A week later, I got an email saying I wasn't a good fit. It felt like a waste of time.

My interview at PatientPop was a really good experience. It kicked off with a chat with a technical recruiter, then I had a video call with the product director, and finally, an on-site meeting with a bunch of directors, product managers, and engineers. Everyone I met was super friendly, smart, down-to-earth, and genuinely passionate about the company and its product. The technical recruiter did a fantastic job managing the whole thing professionally. He kept in touch after each stage, answered all my questions, and let me know what to expect next. It was great meeting different team members and hearing their views on the company. They seemed really interested in getting to know me and my background. The questions they asked led to some really interesting discussions.
