First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PatientPop.
Customer Success Associate
I recently interviewed with eight SaaS companies and PatientPop was a top contender. Their corporate recruiter, Mariette, made the hiring process seamless and really connected my skills to the role. PatientPop's interview was the most interesting, professional, individualized, and efficient I experienced. Mariette provided a helpful study guide for preparation. Within a week, I met with six different employee leaders in a conversational format. The entire process was simple and efficient.
- Please structure your responses using specific competencies such as critical thinking, empathy, ambition, and customer service.
Customer Success Associate
The recruiter, Mariette, was exceptional, going above and beyond. She was encouraging throughout, and I've never experienced anything like it. Her timely emails, proactive communication, and genuine care for prospects made it a unique recruiting experience. Her actions reflect her values and the company she represents. Mariette, a natural teacher, advocated for me while remaining professional and transparent. Unlike other recruiters who might hand candidates off or disappear after training, Mariette stayed in touch through onboarding and is now one of my mentors at PatientPop. Candidates, colleagues, and PatientPop are fortunate to have her.
- Can you provide any guidance on potential recruiter questions or insights for the upcoming second interview?
Customer Success Associate
The interview process was really straightforward! It started with a phone screening, and then I had a 2-hour interview where I met with 4 different people for 30 minutes each. After the initial phone screening, HR was super helpful and gave me guidance on how to prepare for the final interviews. Everyone I talked to was really warm and welcoming, which was great. Overall, it took about 3 weeks from the first phone screening to get the offer.
- When faced with a large workload, how do you determine your priorities?
