Implementation Manager
You apply online and then there's a phone screen. If you pass that, you get an in-person interview. I noticed the job description online didn't really match what the recruiter said I'd be doing, which made me feel like they were being a bit misleading and that left a weird impression. The recruiter seemed to pick up on it too, because she asked me three times if I was cool with the duties after she laid them out.
- What makes you interested in PatientPop?
- How did you find out about our company?
- What's your earliest availability to start?
Implementation Manager
I applied online through an employee referral and got contacted a few days later for a video interview. It was about 30 minutes and pretty casual, mostly asking about my past work and how it fits the job. Taylor emailed me that same evening with times for an in-office interview, which we set for the next Thursday. My in-office interview was 2 hours long, meeting with 4 people from the Implementation team (2 managers, 2 Team Leads) for 30 mins each. They were nice and easy to talk to. They asked a lot about communication, handling tough clients, teamwork, and staying organized with lots of tasks. I had some stories ready, so I felt good. I enjoyed talking with them too; everyone was charismatic and chill. The last manager walked me out and said I'd hear back in a few days. The next day Taylor asked for references, and by the following Wednesday, I got the job offer.
- Can you share an instance where you had to deliver difficult news to a client unhappy with your performance?
- Tell me about a time during a group project where a teammate didn't pull their weight. What did you do?
- What kind of work environment do you thrive in?
Implementation Manager
Got an email about two weeks after applying to set up a phone interview. It was pretty standard, like a regular phone screen. Then I had an individual interview where I had to read a 50-page "article" and get ready for questions, though they only asked 5 easy ones about it. The whole thing took 2.5 hours and I talked to 4 people. They said I'd hear back in two weeks, but I had to reach out myself to find out I didn't get the offer.
- Tell me what you know about PatientPop.
- Can you identify the three main types of search queries?
