The interview process was super fast, like others mentioned. I heard from the recruiter on Tuesday and got a job offer by Wednesday night. It was a 30 min chat with the recruiter, then a 45 min call with the hiring manager, and finally two 45 min interviews with team leads. Everyone was really nice and professional, and the recruiter kept me in the loop. I wish I had more time to prep, but the interviewers were so friendly and made me think, which was great.

I initially interviewed for the CSR job, but after talking to the Recruiter, we decided that the Implementation Specialist role would be a better fit for me. I had a phone screen first, then an on-site interview. The on-site included a tour and meeting 4 people from the Implementation team. After that, they sent a reference request, and I got an offer a few days later.

So this is like the Walmart of medical marketing. Not something I even wanted to apply for but I thought why not? Being that I have some understanding of the medical marketing field I was already regretting even submitting my resume but thought it couldn't hurt so I went for it. I got an email confirmed for a phone interview from there the phone interview was normal but the screening questions, attitude, and expectations were OVER THE TOP. ADVICE: Maybe a friendly more upbeat personality would be nice. More importantly, the fact that my qualifications were overlooked gave the impression that this place doesn't care about their people but more about their micro-managing ways (this set off a RED FLAG). I had a general understanding of the process and job description and knew I could do it with my eye's closed but I think I may have been too knowledgeable which is why I didn't get the job offer. More so, I am sure I didn't get the job because of 1 requirement they were looking to meet that could have been easily resolved during the training period which showed me their lack in evaluating candidates. I felt that was a loss for their company and that made me look up the online rep on Glassdoor and it's apparent these positive fake reviews are nothing but tailored to benefit them in order not to scare away potential new employees. What's worse is that the rep. on the line that I talked to complimented the "Agency's Culture" in a very bothered and egotistical sad tone in her voice. Nothing personal at all, but hope you're able to find someone to meet those super high expectations in the job role. I've NEVER heard of someone managing over 180+ accounts AND GIVING CLIENTS 100% OF THAT DESERVED ATTENTION. UNLESS you're a call center representative which she stated this was not - I beg to differ. Also the benefits didn't seem worth driving to Santa Monica and on top of that the salary was between $50-$60K and "maybe some bonuses". This didn't fit the job responsibilities and requirement work load AT ALL.
