Account Executive
The recruiter was awesome, really informative and communicative! I was joining the company while pregnant, and they went out of their way to explain my benefits and make sure I'd be eligible before hiring me. I really appreciated that! This company and process never made me feel less or like my pregnancy was a burden. (I've had bad experiences with other companies before when pregnant). The recruiting and hiring team at Patient Pop were helpful, excited, and caring. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!
- What specifically about Patient Pop attracted you to this role?
- Can you define grit?
Account Executive
I initially interviewed for an Account Executive role, but they decided I'd be a better fit to start as a Sr. SDR to get the best training before moving into an AE role. So, I was redirected to interview for the Sr. SDR position and am starting soon. The whole experience was really positive. I talked to 2 recruiters and 3 managers, and everyone was nice and professional. The process was super smooth, with clear communication and helpful feedback throughout. I'm really excited to start!
- Tell me about a time you experienced failure and how you managed to overcome it.
Account Executive
It was pretty straightforward. First two phone screens, then three more web-based video interviews. The recruiter was pretty responsive when I called or emailed. There were some tech issues during the last interview though.
- Tell me about a time you failed and explain the reasons behind it.
