The HR person was really nice and transparent, and the other people interviewing me were also respectful and gave great insights into the job. You can tell they care about how they recruit because everything was super organized and I always knew what was happening next.

It's a round robin interview with multiple people on the team. It's more conversational to get a feel for your personality, work ethic, and determination. If you make it through the first round, you'll get invited back for a second and third interview where more senior staff will evaluate you.

Gostei do processo.

So I applied through multiverse and they checked my profile first. Then I had a phone screening which was pretty easy, just asking why I wanted to work there and stuff. After that, I had a zoom interview which was informal and they invited me to an assessment day. The assessment centre had 3 speed interviews where they asked me stuff I'd already been asked but wasn't happy with my answer, like why I hadn't worked in an office before even though they said training would be provided. Someone also said I looked very young, which I found inappropriate. There were also group activities which were okay, but I think there were too many people to really see who was good or bad.
