Recruiter rescheduled the first interview multiple times, often last minute, and was almost half an hour late on the day. The second interview with the manager was almost an hour late; she was on her phone while I was talking and made comments that I should be like the previous intern.

Behavioral Case Presentation

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn to see if I was available to chat. We scheduled a phone call where they gave me an overview of the company and asked if it interested me. After that, we communicated via email about coming in for an interview. I then had to take a caliper/personality test to check if I was a good fit. A few weeks later, I was invited for an in-person interview which had two parts. The first part was with two senior employees who helped me settle in, got to know me, and answered my questions – it felt more personal. The second part was with two directors who asked tougher questions, like role-playing scenarios, how to find new clients, and how to contact potential candidates. One director had a distant, formal attitude that I suspected was a test.
