The interview process is engaging and several rounds. Including meeting with several department heads, MDs and role plays. You meet with a variety of department heads to see where you will be the best fit within the organization. Typically it is at least three rounds.

The interview process was terrible. The first round went well, and the interviewer said she'd call me in the next 2-3 days. I was ghosted. I followed up. She emailed me after a month, saying she didn't see my emails and set a time for a second round. I was ghosted again. Then she emailed again saying she can't make it because something came up. She then emailed again saying she will call but doesn't want to confirm the timing. She ghosted again. This is a recruitment consultant firm dealing with people, but they don't have the decency to reply or just say no, we don't need you at the moment. Recruiters, please understand that when you schedule an interview, the interviewee prepares for it, takes leave, etc. You can't just cancel on them. This is irresponsible. Oh, and to top it off, on the day of my first interview, she tells me she didn't get a chance to go through my CV, even though there was a week's notice. Why bother?

The process had 5 rounds, though only 3 were mentioned at first after the initial HR/Recruiter chat. Round 1 was with the Senior Manager, Round 2 with the Associate Director, Round 3 with the Senior/Regional Director, Round 4 was a Psychometric Test, and Round 5 was a Presentation. If you passed the first four rounds, you had to travel to their office at your own expense (which is pretty weird and unprofessional) for the presentation. Instead of focusing on presentation skills, they mainly showed off their industry knowledge. The company acts professional, but the HR/Recruiter was unresponsive, not giving feedback or results, and making excuses for over a month.
- Can you discuss your weaknesses, providing examples?
- What are the primary reasons you've been changing jobs?
- How do you see yourself fitting into this job description?
