Great punctual, clear and objective questions. Quickly explaining all client details and needs to assertively schedule the final interview with the client! The return with the client was very slow.
- Is your professional objective aligned with your expectations?
Analyst
The interview process was very enjoyable! The recruiter was clear with information and very willing to help. They were friendly and invested in the process and the job description. They contacted me on a Wednesday and by Friday I had confirmation.
- What is your previous work experience and what are your skills?
Analyst
The process was terrible! First, we had to fill out a company-specific form which was unnecessary since they already had our CV. When I went for the interview at the company, I had to wait a long time to be seen (I arrived on time). The interviewer had an arrogant attitude, wasn't a trained HR professional but someone with marketing experience. She put me on the spot, questioning if I was interested in the role, otherwise, I'd be wasting her time and the hiring manager's time! The interviewer gave me the wrong interview time and refused to email me the correct address and time! I found out it was wrong because on the day she called me 30 minutes before the informed time saying she was running late!
- Are you really interested in the job?
