I applied online and an HR rep reached out. We did a quick phone interview where she mentioned the role was actually for recruitment, which was fine by me. Then, we set up an in-person interview that lasted about an hour and a half. It was pretty challenging, but valuable for interview prep. The interview included role-play sales scenarios, personal questions, and thought-provoking questions. It was intense but helpful. I didn't get an offer, likely because I didn't have prior sales experience.

The interview was okay. The salary expectations were way too low. €2,000 in the first year and doubling in the second year are not an option for me! They said they would cover the interview costs, but 10 months later I still haven't received anything and they no longer reply to emails (after the first 2 inquiries, I was just told to wait).

So I started with this Caliper test, and after I passed it, they invited me in person for an interview. In total there were supposed to be 5 rounds plus a role-play. I got through the first two rounds, but didn't make it past the third one because they told me my lack of sales experience was a dealbreaker.
