Project Manager
The hiring process at Novo Nordisk has been quite disappointing. The long delays in communication give off a vibe of disorganization and not really respecting candidates' time. It also became pretty clear that the people handling recruitment seemed unprepared, often giving unclear directions and conflicting info. The slow response times just make the whole experience more stressful than it needs to be and leave candidates feeling like their time isn't valued. For a company as big and well-known as Novo Nordisk, you'd expect a more organized, straightforward, and quicker recruitment process to be the norm. If they could improve these things, it would make the candidate experience way better and be more in line with the company's global status.

Sales Representative
The interview process centered around assessing your personal map, understanding competitive market insights for the territory, and evaluating a business case presented with a territory plan. It involved many challenging questions alongside collaborative input. There were multiple touchpoints and several stakeholders involved throughout the follow-up and interview stages.

Territory Manager
The Novo Nordisk Territory Sales Manager interview was pretty structured. It kicked off with an online application. Soon after, HR gave me a quick phone screening. That initial call was about my background, my interest in the role, and how my sales experience fit their needs. Then came the actual interviews. I had several rounds, meeting with the hiring manager and regional leaders. Most questions were STAR-based, probing into my territory planning, handling objections, dealing with performance issues, and building relationships. I also had to do a short sales-style presentation to show how I communicate clinical info and pitch a product. It was a thorough, competitive process. It wasn't super fast, with breaks between interviews, but each step was clear, and by the end, they really got a feel for my sales approach and how I'd manage their territory.
- Can you share an instance where you had to improve a territory or account that wasn't performing well? Detail your plan, the steps you took, and the outcome.
- Describe your process for planning and strategizing for a sales territory.
- How do you effectively address and overcome customer objections?
Recruitment Specialist
The interview process involved a 1-hour discussion with the department head focusing on background and skills. The process is based on the STAR method: Situation (context of past experience), Task (objective to achieve), Action (actions taken daily to meet the objective), and Result (quantifiable results and project review). The recruitment process was very long, and I received a rejection after 3 weeks of waiting for an urgent 1.5-month fixed-term contract.
