The interview process was quite smooth, likely because I was already employed internally at Novo Nordisk and moving horizontally within the company. I recall having a couple of interview rounds – one with my future manager and a team member, and another with HR. I also had to complete a personality test. Overall, I was satisfied with the process.

The recruiter was very responsive and attentive, and the interview itself was surprisingly pleasant. Although I didn't get the job, the questions felt relevant and the interviewers were curious and respectful, making me feel taken seriously. I'd consider applying again.

After 3 interviews over a month, I had a final round where they asked me to take a pay cut and downgrade my designation. I obviously rejected this. The interviewer in the final round was rude and biased from the start. They had a negative attitude and trust issues, repeatedly asking the same questions even after I answered them multiple times. It's frustrating to waste so much time when they can't afford the current salary. They should have stated this in the first round.
