First, I had a phone screen with HR. Then, I set up a combined interview with the Project Manager and Senior Manager. They asked me questions about my background, my interest in NNI, and my skills.

Behavioral Presentation Case

I applied to one of their internship pipelines, and a hiring manager reached out for a remote interview. It was pleasant, mostly them explaining the role and me talking about myself. Then, they scheduled a second interview where I had to present a case in person. The hiring manager seemed really worried I wouldn't be a good fit since I'm an engineer in a business department. I was disappointed they wasted my time if they already thought I wasn't a good fit from the start because of my studies. It's confusing that they ask how I'd fit when they approached me in the first place. It feels unprofessional to waste someone's time like that, and it wasn't even about the interview itself.

For the hiring process, I had to do a case study beforehand. They gave me all the needed info, and I had time to work on it before the interview. I reviewed everything and created a clear answer based on their requirements. After sending it in, I went for an in-person interview with the managers. I showed them my case study, explained my thought process, and answered some follow-up questions. We also discussed my previous experience, my strengths, and how I'd fit with the team. The managers were nice and asked relevant questions, and I also asked them about the company and the role.
