The interview process involved three rounds. It started with a recruiter call, followed by a phone screen, and then an onsite interview. The hiring manager and recruiter were very friendly. I began the interview by introducing my most relevant work experience and education, along with a brief personal life story.

It started with a pre-screening phone call. Then there was an online test covering personality, verbal, and logic skills. This was followed by a face-to-face meeting to go over the test results. The interview heavily focused on the personality test outcomes. They asked me to discuss the results and provide situations that demonstrated different personality traits. You could challenge the test results by explaining why you disagreed and offering a real-life example. It seemed like they were looking for a specific set of personality traits and were quite rigid about it. The phone interview went well. The in-person interview felt less like a mutual fit discussion and more like an assessment of my suitability for them, with them making the final decision on fit.

The interview process involved a virtual interview and an assessment center, with the possibility of a second assessment center in Denmark. The company covered all expenses for the interview and assessments. However, the feedback process was unprofessional, with an email addressed to another candidate and conflicting verbal feedback.
